Hello and welcome, I’m Katie.

I am a qualified UK BANT registered nutritionist, mother, recipe developer, copy writer and ex spa therapist.

I am a women’s health nutritionist specialising in female health optimisation and energy. I am passionate about real whole foods and home cooking. I wish to inspire a somewhat slow (er) lifestyle that reconnects you not only to yourself and who you are, but also nature and the world around you. 

I have created this space to help you on your journey.  Inspiring you to embrace the power of the seasons and for you to nourish and support your body with fresh seasonal nutrient-rich food, combined with a mindful lifestyle and self care practices.
