Your personal data will only ever be used in order for a personalised nutrition and lifestyle service to be provided for you. It will be made clear at the point when we request your information, what we are collecting it for and how we are going to use it.

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Information provided by you in the nutrition clinic consent form and during consultations

  • Your email address and contact details

  • Occasionally it may be necessary to gain further clinical information from other health professionals

Why we collect personal information

No data will be collected beyond what is necessary to accomplish specified purposes.

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Professional clinical record keeping of client information

  • Sharing information with relevant health professionals

  • Optional opt-in and unsubscribe a for The Radiant Nutritionist newsletters and latest journal. From time to time there may be relevant offers circulated to you.

Your information is securely stored. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure there are encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to ensure the safeguarding and to secure information collected. Any information will be stored securely for 7 years as legally required to do so. It will then be securely destroyed.
